CHEAPOAIR 2017

I recently booked flights in CheapoAir Jan. 7, an hour ago after booking, I noticed I entered my last name twice so I phoned them right away. The agent said he couldn't do anything about but to cancel my bookings and rebook again, but they will be a charge of $300plus and immediately asking me about on how would I like to pay for; on the same credit card. It was very frustrating listening to him. I  said I will just cancel it, since I was still in the windows of 4 hours, free cancelations and most airlines policy refund full with in 24 hours. So he transfered me to another line, the agent that moment offering me in much lower charge he goes $150plus for the change name, and I refused and he goes lower again now for $90plus for the 3 of us, including my family. I made up my mind and said nope, I'll just cancel it and will rebook again. if I got the small error, I will do it myself for free. WEARING TEETH BRACES AS AN ADULT

Wearing a braces as an  adult. From first day to present. Progress update Including pictures. First day to first week ; I can't believe how my lips feel so thick, one by one my teeth getting sore. I been wearing elastic just on my right side 24/7 or full time. 3rd day of wearing braces 4th week - 1st appointment; The Ortho just checked how am I doin' with it. He checked the progress that I made and stated that I am doing good on cleaning. The technician changed my power chain as it already stained. 2 months of braces 1 month braces 2 months of braces 1 month braces 8th weeks: 2nd appointment The technician and my Ortho change bottom wire into thicker "square" wire, they also put brackets on the tooth that was hiding from the start as it made a room to put a bracket.

Cartilage piercing with saline nasal mist (experience)

So, from having a cartilage pierced almost one year now, (10 months) I haven't heal my right ear yet. I did everything to clean it, somehow it seems not working, I tried proper procedure of saline wash (homemade), tea tree oil and ear care solutions from Claire, from where I did my piercing. Then I decided to go shoppers to checked for saline solutions but I couldn't find the one that made specially for ears; so I just bought the one that said nasal mist for roughly $5. From using this,  I made a big progress and it seems it's working for me. My Cartilage now is not as bad as previous months of suffering. There are lots of saline solutions but I chose the one that says 0.9% Sodium Chloride. At first I tried it 4 x a day, then I went to 3 to 2 x a day. Veranda Magazine Sweepstakes, BEWARE

  I don't know how I got an online monthly cover subscriptions on Good Housekeeping magazine. But anyway one day, they sent me an email to join a sweepstakes; like the one you see at the bottom. So I entered my complete name and address as it says no purchase necessary.  And after just a minute I got a confirmation on my e-mail, that I subscribed to monthly Veranda magazines subscriptions for a year. I tried everything to cancel it, I hit those highlighted words at the bottom of the e-mail and it seems to, not sending me to undo it. I never subscribed to any of this and I will never be. So I searched internet to look for the Veranda customer service, I phoned them and the agent told me to phone them back again Tuesday as they are holiday on Monday (Canada Labor Day (today is Friday anyway). My awesome protein treatment

This made of: 1 whole egg 2 tbps of mayo 1 tbps of olive oil 1 tbps of honey Mixed them all together and leave on for 30 minutes on clean damp or dry hair. Result is so amazing. My hair feels really soft, fluffy, and shiny!

week 4 No Poo

So I'm on my week 4 or a month of no poo, and I actually lovin' it. For the first time in my life my hair is not frizzy any more every after wash. The true condition of my hair is really getting good, I mean true condition for me is with out the use of chemicals or coating silicone.. So some of my rituals are hot oil and protein treatment combo. I'm doing 1 part of coconut oil and 2 parts of olive oil, warm it up to micro for 30 secs and leave on into my hair for 1 hour with towel. Here are some advice, on how do I take off oils to my hair with out using shampoo , in this thing I'm doing hot oil then follow up with protein After hot oil, I go into the sink and wash my hair with just warm or hot water thoroughly to take off most of oils, towel dried it Then I whisk or stir 1 or 2 eggs, then put directly on hair, put on a bun ponytail or hair clamps for 20 to 25 minutes Then I wash it with my normal baking soda formula and follow with ACV PS.. week 3 NO POO

My third week is awesome, I think I'm lovin' it! After wash I noticed less frizzy for the first time in my life! and I didn't put any oil or moisturizer and cream on. awesome! These pictures took before I wash my hair, so from every other day, I decided to go on every 3rd days cam with flash cam without flash

week 2 "NO POO"

On week 2 I noticed that I had a crazy hair falls and my hair became brittle, my mistake I guess, because I am so reluctant to put any moisturizer on after wash, as I want it to adjust to a new routine.. On my first wash for the second week I failed the no poo challenge, because I had an hot EVOO hair treatment and  have no idea how to removed the oil without lathering, so I ended up shampooing with TRESEME low SLS followed by JOHN FRIEDA conditioner.. I noticed after the hot oil treatment, the hair falls reduced to 50% even the frizziness decreased a bit. So this week I decided to put a little bit of moisturizer on my hair in every wash. This week is horrible.. I guess I'm on my adjustment period. (I accidentally deleted the pictures..)
