CHEAPOAIR 2017

I recently booked flights in CheapoAir Jan. 7, an hour ago after booking, I noticed I entered my last name twice so I phoned them right away. The agent said he couldn't do anything about but to cancel my bookings and rebook again, but they will be a charge of $300plus and immediately asking me about on how would I like to pay for; on the same credit card. It was very frustrating listening to him. I  said I will just cancel it, since I was still in the windows of 4 hours, free cancelations and most airlines policy refund full with in 24 hours. So he transfered me to another line, the agent that moment offering me in much lower charge he goes $150plus for the change name, and I refused and he goes lower again now for $90plus for the 3 of us, including my family. I made up my mind and said nope, I'll just cancel it and will rebook again. if I got the small error, I will do it myself for free. Now I read a tons of bad reviews about how they handle the refunds and they're very very alarming that I couldn't sleep and think about what if they mess it, I was hitting the panic button too soon because of the reviews I saw. I immediately e-mailed them that I saw bad reviews and bad reputations about them and I was alarmed and worried. I also phoned the airlines and they told me my itenerary was voided and it is on the Cheapoair is responsible for my refunds. I even recorded the phone conversations when I did phone calls.
I will update this when I got my refund, Cheapoair provided time frame of 7 to 14 business days. We will see how reliable they are
